
Rachel Levett
Rachel attained her Occupational Therapy degree at the University of South Australia. Through her studies, she has acquired knowledge of musculoskeletal and soft tissue injuries, ergonomics, biomechanics, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. She has the particular interest in improving soft tissue dysfunction and muscular pain.
As an active person and recreational runner who has experienced many injuries herself, Rachel understands the importance of rehabilitation. Rachel works with clients and tailors rehabilitation plans to their individual needs to achieve outcomes that enable clients to optimise their performance and return to doing what they love, whether that be sports, work or just keeping up with the kids.
Rachel brings to the clinic a strong focus on rehabilitation and enjoys working with clients to develop self-management strategies to complement treatment.
