Client Experience Officer
Lily has joined our team with her strong passion for healthcare and patient wellbeing. She is currently completing her Master of Public Health at university, further developing her knowledge and commitment to supporting positive health outcomes.
Lily has always had a passion for sport, being a competitive state ranked swimmer when she was younger, and has been playing football for the past 5 years. Her sporting background has fostered a strong appreciation for movement, injury prevention, and overall health – values that align closely with our clinic’s approach to care.
Lily works across both clinics as a valued member of our reception team while continuing her studies. She is known for her friendly, outgoing nature and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for all patients.
Outside of work Lily enjoys playing football and the gym, spending time with her friends, and loves the beach.
